John Huehn is the Chief Executive for Launchpad.io, Pega's' agentic workflow platform for software companies to build, deliver, and operate outcome-based solutions. He previously founded and led InTheChat, one of the earliest AI‑enabled digital customer engagement platforms, which was acquired by Pega. Prior to InTheChat, John started his career on the contact center front-line at Canada's Rogers Communications where he subsequently held executive leadership roles.
