Helply is a 100%-bootstrapped "first outcome-based AI help desk" — funded entirely by 65–70% EBITDA from Alex Turnbull's parent company, with no outside capital and no global office footprint. Going up against VC-backed competitors with 10× the headcount, the question was whether a self-funded team could buy the best booth at the largest B2B + AI event of the year and turn it into a quarter's worth of pipeline in three days.

On the floor

Helply put $100K of founder capital into showing up properly: the best booth location in Hangar West, the full Helply team on the floor, pandas, and 16 protestors out front turning "stop paying for seats, only pay for outcomes" into an unmissable stunt.
